The Sunshine Early Stimulation Centre opened in February 2007 under the aegis of the Sunshine Early Intervention Trust, a registered, non-profit organisation committed to the advancement of infants and children with developmental disabilities. The Centre is the only facility in Barbados that provides a full-time early stimulation programme for infants and children with disabilities from birth to five years.
Project Summary
Provision of funding towards the SESC Scholarship Fund. Support of the Scholarship Fund will ensure that SESC is able to continue to provide assistance to those parents whose children have learning and developmental disabilities and who simply cannot afford the private fees for the programme/services provided at the Centre.
